Yesterday morning Adam and I decided to go for a walk to our nearest farm shop. This is exactly as it sounds: a shop selling goods from nearby farms, including produce, dairy, meat, eggs, and some crafts.

After spending NYE 2016 in London with Adam’s parents, the rest of the year flew by in an equally fashionable manner.

When we got back to London, we spent the night at a Heathrow hotel and were up at 7am the next day so that I could get into the city to work and Adam could return to Exeter.
After a full day of work in London, I headed for Paddington to catch my train back to Exeter, which of course, ran a bit late. I walked through the door a little before 10pm and was greeted by a full Thanksgiving feast that Adam had prepared for us.
The rain in Spain stays mainly in Portugal.
After warming our toes and drying our clothes, we added a few layers on and headed back out into the rain for dinner.
After spending a few weeks in Detroit, Adam landed back in London on Friday and the two of us left for a short trip to Lisbon.

We spent the first weekend in November in London where I sent off Adam for his trip back to Detroit.
It was Guy Fawkes weekend and so there were many firework festivals around the city.
Exeter (and Devon) is in the full swing of fall: the lush greenery has turned mostly amber and red and the trees have started to lose their leaves for the winter.
